First off, Sukina Mono wa Suki Dakara Shoganai is way too long of a name, isn't it? A majority of fans refer to the series either as Sukisho or Sukisyo.
The series was originally made as BL visual novel by the company Platinum Label. The game is spread over four volumes, First Limit, Target Nights, Rain, and White Flower. Currently the series has also branched out into other medias, including an anime, a one-shot manga, anthologies, and many Drama and Audio CDs.
One day, Sora, the main character, falls out of a window in school. When he returns home after being released from the hospital, he meets Sunao, a childhood friend he can't seem to remember. Soon after, he and Sunao are drafted by their other friend Matsuri into the "Do-It-All" group, which does various jobs around the school. It is through these jobs and the strange incidences around them that they slowly find out more and more about their connected pasts.
